Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed cleaning tasks in residential and commercial properties.
• Learn restoration techniques to return property to pre-loss condition.
• Utilize industry-standard cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while on the job.
• Assist in training new team members on cleaning procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
