Key Responsibilities Lead and manage survey operations, personnel, and project workflows. Provide technical oversight for surveying projects from planning through delivery. Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships. Support business development efforts, proposals, and project planning activities. Manage project budgets, schedules, staffing, and overall performance. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality requirements. Review survey calculations, mapping deliverables, and technical documentation. Mentor and develop survey professionals while fostering a high-performance culture. Coordinate field and office teams to ensure efficient project execution. Promote safety, quality control, and operational excellence across all projects. Qualifications Required Extensive experience in land surveying, geomatics, engineering support, or a related field. Proven leadership experience managing teams, projects, and operational activities. Strong understanding of surveying methodologies, calculations, mapping, and construction support services. Experience utilizing industry-standard survey technology and design software. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Professional licensure or certification related to surveying or geomatics. Background in consulting, engineering, infrastructure, or construction industries. Experience implementing process improvements and operational best practices.
