Job Overview A law firm seeks an Income Tax Associate with 4 to 7 years of experience for its San Francisco, CA office. Candidates in Texas (Austin, Dallas, or Houston) may also be considered, with regular travel to San Francisco expected. The role involves advising on corporate international tax planning and cross-border structuring. Duties Advise on corporate international tax planning and cross-border structuring. Design, implement, and manage complex acquisitions and business combinations. Collaborate on global expansions and fund structures. Integrate tax considerations within broader business and transactional structures. Work closely with other groups and clients on sophisticated matters. Requirements 4 to 7 years of experience at an Am Law 100 or Am Law 200 firm. Significant experience in corporate international tax planning. Experience with M&A transactions is a plus. Strong academic background. Excellent communication skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Technical expertise in tax law.
