Residential Service Electrician
West Columbia, SC (within approximately 45 minute service area)
$50,000 to $100,000 base plus performance bonuses
Take-home company vehicle and full benefits

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Service Electrician who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates well with homeowners, and can confidently run service calls independently.

This is a field-first role for someone who enjoys problem solving, working directly with customers, and owning the outcome of each job from start to finish. You will not be micromanaged or second-guessed. You will be trusted to do the work the right way and represent the company with professionalism in customers’ homes.

We are building a team of electricians who show up consistently, take ownership, and continue to grow in their craft while maintaining strong standards in the field.

What You Will Do

• Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems
• Handle service calls, troubleshooting, and system upgrades
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and explain solutions in simple terms
• Provide accurate job findings and straightforward pricing
• Work independently from a fully stocked service vehicle
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
• Deliver a high level customer experience on every call

What We Are Looking For

• 3 to 5 plus years of residential electrical experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Strong communication skills with customers
• Clean driving record
• Reliable, consistent work ethic

Nice to Have

• Electrical license or certifications
• Generator experience
• Additional residential service experience
