Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Active Virginia SLP license required
• SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates welcomed
• Prior experience working in school settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to individualized student care and professional collaboration

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students across K-12 grade levels
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, or communication needs
• Document progress and participate in IEP meetings with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Offer consultative support to staff and guidance to families
• Maintain compliance with all applicable state, federal, and district regulations
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions tailored to student needs
• Work full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
