RN Nurse Manager Day

Accela Healthcare is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team as an RN Nurse Manager (Unit Manager). This position offers an opportunity to combine clinical expertise with leadership skills while overseeing the daily operations of a resident care unit within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. Competitive salary Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits MONDAY-FRIDAY Day Shift Schedule Paid time off and holiday pay Career advancement opportunities Continuing education and professional development support Supportive leadership team Employee recognition programs Stable organization committed to clinical excellence Responsibilities of RN Nurse Manager Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of an assigned nursing unit Supervise and support nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and interdisciplinary team meetings Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians, residents, and families Review clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges Provide coaching, education, and mentorship to nursing staff Monitor infection prevention and quality assurance initiatives Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team to achieve clinical and operational goals Participate in performance improvement activities and regulatory survey preparedness Qualifications For RN Nurse Manager Current Pennsylvania RN license in good standing Previous nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation center, long-term care, or post-acute care setting preferred Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of state and federal nursing home regulations Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment Experience with electronic medical records preferred Why Accela Healthcare?
