Lead Product Manager, Production Technology

Job Summary:The Production Technology team builds solutions supporting production, production finance and business affairs across multiple studios and distribution platforms. We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for some of our key applications.ResponsibilitiesOwn and maintain the product roadmap for multiple applicationsIdentify opportunities to improve workflows through technologyAlign priorities with business goals and stakeholder needsDefine and own metrics to measure adoption, efficiency gains, and business impact post-launchConduct discovery to surface user and business pain pointsTranslate complex business requirements into actionable product specsBuild trusted relationships with senior executives and stakeholdersIdentify, communicate, and mitigate product risks and issuesCollaborate closely with developers in the role of subject matter expertLead change management efforts to ensure business preparedness and user adoptionTriage user reported issues and prioritize fixes within the backlogRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience7+ years of product management experienceStrong background in business relationship managementStrong analytical and data skillsAbility to understand complex systems and end-to-end business processesAbility to produce high-quality product specifications and documentationExperience delivering custom software projects from discovery through launchExperience partnering with the business on user acceptance testingExperience delivering financial systemsExperience managing a product backlogComfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple productsPreferred QualificationsExperience working at a major studio in television productionExperience with enterprise financial systems (SAP)Experience with data and analytics platforms (Snowflake, Cortex AI)Experience with AI productivity tools (Claude Cowork, Cursor, Copilot)Experience with AirtableThe hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA $155,700.00-$208,700.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
