Electrical Test Engineer

Role Information The main function of the Electrical Validation Test Engineer is to work with researchers and engineers to own the electrical system level verification of Facebook's products. The role involves collaborating closely with architects and designers to develop verification methods for cutting‑edge systems, including EMG and other wearable technologies, and contributing to breakthrough innovations. Key Projects / Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Define electrical verification methodologies for various systems. Define and track detailed test plans for modules and top‑level systems. Architect, design, and implement scalable test infrastructure. Track coverage metrics and bugs, and report results. Execute, interpret, and report electrical system level verification work. Support system bring‑up and debug activities. Communicate test plans and results clearly. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. Experience owning product verification areas. Knowledge of verification requirement definition, architecture, and automation implementation. Working knowledge of C#, Python, and LabVIEW. Proficient use of testing equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, spectrum analyzers). Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills. Clear communication skills. Nice‑to‑Have Skills Data analysis and scripting. Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Years of Experience 5‑10 years. Degrees / Certifications Bachelor or Master in electrical engineering; related field acceptable with strong hardware experience. Interview Process 2 rounds of 30 minutes each with CWAM for the first round and Lead for the final round. #J-18808-Ljbffr
