Tool And Die TechnicianHiFyve is hiring a Tool And Die Technician in the Metal Stamping industry in Springfield, OH!Salary: Up to $36/hourShift: 1st ShiftLocation: Springfield, OHEducation Requirements:High School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience operating toolroom machinery (lathes, mills, grinders, etc.) requiredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Strong knowledge of metal stamping dies (blanking, forming, drawing)Understanding of die timing, pad travels, stripper and binder pad pressures and timingAbility to read and interpret blueprints and perform shop mathExperience with die sensors, safety devices, and in-press troubleshootingAbility to use precision measuring instruments accuratelyMust supply own measurement and hand toolsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsForklift and overhead crane operation experience preferredBasic computer literacy and data entry skillsStrong communication skills and ability to work across shifts and departments
