Responsibilities Utilize The Sunglass Hut Experience tools to consistently deliver the sales plan and company objectives. Drive sales by identifying opportunities to achieve personal and store goals. Lead by example by coaching, developing, mentoring, and inspiring the team to enhance store performance. Foster a development-focused environment to grow careers, encourage teamwork, and retain talent. Recruit, hire to staffing needs, and train using onboarding tools as part of The Sunglass Hut Experience. Inspire team growth through individual development plans. Create an inspirational and motivating work environment that reflects the brand integrity. Build an emotional connection within the store team to translate into sales and ensure consistent The Sunglass Hut Experience. Coach and develop the team to ensure consistent execution of The Sunglass Hut Experience. Develop customer relationships through interaction and feedback. Act as an ambassador for the Sunglass Hut brand and consistently execute brand standards. Stay adept at product knowledge and current fashion trends. Ensure impeccable execution of operational policies and procedures, maintaining brand standards. Communicate information regarding promotions, contests, and incentives to the team. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of previous leadership experience. Demonstrated expertise in store operations. Detail-oriented with strong critical-thinking and execution skills for operational components of the store. Preferred Qualifications Customer service and/or retail experience.
