Job Title

Registered Nurse – ICU

Location

Allentown, PA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights (3x12 Hours, 19:00–07:30) | Onsite | Every other weekend and every other holiday required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an adult ICU setting with patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 3:1
• Float to other units within the facility as needed
• Accurately document all patient care activities using EPIC electronic health records
• Deliver high-acuity nursing care consistent with a Teaching Hospital and Trauma Level I Facility environment
• Adhere to all facility compliance, orientation, and module completion requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Experience with adult patient population
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system
• PA Fingerprints (Childline) required prior to start; must be obtained within 12 months of start date
• Must be available to complete pre-start compliance labs within 48 hours of signing

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Critical Care Float Pool experience preferred
• Prior experience in a Teaching Hospital or Trauma Level I Facility
