As an In-Process Quality Assurance Inspector with Regal Staffing (supporting operations in the Wilmer, TX area), your day revolves around verifying that what leaves the line meets exacting standards — every time.A day in this roleWhen the line starts, you’re ready. You move between stations, compare results to technical specs, and keep a close eye on trends. You pull in-process samples, prepare them for testing, and run tensile and chemical analyses according to the sampling plan. With micrometers, calipers, and gauges in hand, you record precise measurements, spot nonconformances fast, and make sure anything out of spec is identified, isolated, and labeled before it goes further. You keep inspection tools and lab equipment calibrated, document your findings in the quality database, and support safety at every step — all in alignment with T1 Energy’s Quality Management System (QMS).What you’ll handleIn-process inspections and audits to confirm compliance with T1 Energy’s QMS and technical specificationsLaboratory testing on in-process samples (e.g., tensile strength, chemical tests) per the sampling planIdentification, segregation, and labeling of non-conforming materials and productReading and interpreting technical documents, specifications, and blueprintsOperation and upkeep of precision tools: calipers, micrometers, and gaugesSample preparation and processing for lab testingCalibration and routine maintenance of lab and inspection equipmentAccurate data capture and entry into the quality management database/systemStrict adherence to safety procedures and participation in a safe work environmentAssistance with additional quality tasks and special projects as neededPay and schedulePay: $22 per hourNight Shift Differential: +10%Shift options: Day (6 am–6 pm) or Night (6 pm–6 am)Rotation: 12-hour shifts alternating 4-on/3-off and 3-on/4-off3-on / 4-off: Work Sunday–Tuesday, off Wednesday–Saturday4-on / 3-off: Work Sunday–Wednesday, off Thursday–SaturdayWhat you bringHigh School Diploma or GEDQA/QC experience in manufacturing (preferred)Knowledge of basic lab and inspection practicesProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelAbility to read/interpret technical specs and blueprintsHands-on skill with calipers and micrometersClear written and verbal communicationComfort with unit conversions and technical measurementsEndurance to stand for long periods during 12-hour shiftsVisual acuity for color, fine detail, depth, periphery, and focus adjustmentsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsWillingness to work a rotating 12-hour schedule, including some weekendsPre-employmentPass a background check and drug screen.Apply nowQuestions or ready to get started?
