You must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, yet fun environment. This is a corporate training store; you should enjoy teaching and coaching others. Requirements: A flexible schedule, filling in as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. Weekend availability. Must have or be willing to obtain Food Handlers Certification and understand and follow OSHA and HACCP compliance standards. 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position. Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, squat and reach above shoulder level. Comfortable working in an environment with exposure to extreme cold/hot temperatures. Ability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs. Responsibilities: Prepare all food items to order, following standard recipes and procedures within specified time limits. Prepare meals quickly, efficient, and accurately Operate and maintain cooking equipment such as grills, fryers and griddles. Verify that prepared food meets Dog Haus requirements for quality and quantity Maintain food preparation area, equipment, utensils, and dishes. Maintain Dog Haus standards for food production and handling, cooking, housekeeping, sanitation, and safety. #J-18808-Ljbffr
