Integrated Behavioral Health Intake & Case Therapist

Northwestern Memorial Hospital

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Intake Assessor/Case Therapist II in DeKalb Township, Illinois. The position requires a Master’s degree in behavioral health and two years of supervised clinical experience. The successful applicant must be licensed to practice independently. The role includes completing integrated assessments, managing crisis situations, and working with an interdisciplinary team to develop individual treatment plans.
