Recruiter – Hospitality (Full-Time, On-Site | Denver, CO) Company: Lotus Concepts Management Location: Denver, Colorado (In‑Person Only) Pay Range: $65,000 – $85,000 per year + Bonus Opportunity Position Overview Lotus Concepts Management is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is responsible for sourcing, vetting, and onboarding top talent across our portfolio of hospitality concepts. The ideal candidate is outgoing, well‑connected within the Denver hospitality scene, and thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment. This is a fully in‑person role based at our corporate office in Denver. Key Responsibilities Manage full‑cycle recruiting for both hourly and salaried positions across all concepts Create, post, and manage job listings across multiple platforms Source candidates through networking, outreach, and industry connections Conduct initial screenings and efficiently vet candidates for cultural and role fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department leaders Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring all new hires are set up for success Maintain organized candidate pipelines and track recruiting metrics Build and maintain relationships within the Denver hospitality community and beyond Continuously identify new and creative recruiting channels and strategies Qualifications 2+ years of recruiting experience (hospitality experience strongly preferred) Strong knowledge of the Denver hospitality market and talent landscape Highly social, outgoing, and confident in networking environments Proven ability to quickly assess and vet candidates effectively Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously Experience with applicant tracking systems and onboarding processes preferred What We Offer Competitive salary ($65K – $85K) + bonus opportunity Health, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) plan options Paid training and growth opportunities within the company Daily free lunch on scheduled workdays A fast‑paced, collaborative, and high‑energy work environment Additional Information This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in our Denver corporate office.
