This role manages and maintains producer (broker/agent) demographic information, insurance credentials, appointments, and licensing records to support organizational compliance and operational excellence.Key responsibilities include researching and resolving licensing-related inquiries from producers, general agents, marketing partners, and internal stakeholders. The Licensing Specialist serves as a subject matter expert on producer licensing requirements and processes, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of licensing data while supporting business objectives.Job Requirements:• 2 years of college or 4 years business experience.• Knowledge of Insurance business• Organization and planning skills.• Strong attention to detail• PC proficiency to include MS Office products such as Word, Excel.
