Location: 110270 Blacklick-Eastern Road. NW, Pickerington, OH 43147 Shifts Available: M-F (8am – 4:30pm) About Solero Behavioral Transitions Solero Behavioral Transitions in offers a safe, structured environment for adults managing substance use and mental health challenges. As a dual diagnosis outpatient program, we provide integrated treatment for individuals with primary substance use or mental health disorders. Key Responsibilities Provide case management services, including assessment, service planning, and ongoing support Utilize peer support principles to engage and motivate clients in recovery Assist clients in accessing community resources such as housing, employment, and healthcare Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency and state guidelines Collaborate with clinical staff to coordinate care and support treatment goals Facilitate individual and group sessions as appropriate Advocate for clients and promote a recovery-oriented environment Qualifications Active CDCA certification in the state of Ohio (required) High School Diploma or GED required Must be 21 years or older Newly qualified grads welcome Why You'll Love It Here: Comprehensive Health: Multitude of medical plan options (Health Share & Vista Wellness), Dental, and Vision.
