Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorders in clients, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and clinical interviews.

  • Implement evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting techniques as necessary to meet each client's evolving needs.

  • Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies, fostering a deeper understanding of their mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with diverse clients experiencing a range of mood disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.   • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
