Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Home Health

• Provide direct patient care in a home health setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve patient care goals
• Utilize nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Ensure patient safety and quality of care

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Home Health

• RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - Multi-state Compact license
• BLS - Basic Life Support certification
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
• At least 2 years of ICU experience preferred
• Education: Associates Nursing, Diploma in Nursing, or Bachelors in Nursing preferred
