Field-Based Safety Leader for Heavy Civil Projects

S+H Search is seeking a Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across heavy civil construction projects. This field-based role emphasizes hands-on leadership, site inspections, and building a culture where safety comes first. You will spend roughly 70% in the field and 30% in the office, coordinating with project teams, conducting trainings, and implementing corrective actions to strengthen our safety program across all sites.
