We are looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team at our Hilltop Center in Hilltop, WV, with a work schedule of 32 to 40 hours per week.

The annual salary for this role ranges from $101,750 to $117,000.

• The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager.
• This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities.
• Collaboration with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician is essential for delivering patient-specific medical care.
• The Advanced Practice Provider will offer primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center, working alongside other medical providers.
• Collaboration with Center Leadership is crucial to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.

• The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a valid registered nurse license.
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner is required, with a Master's Degree in Nursing and a focus on Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.
• A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
• In states where permitted, the candidate must possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state of practice.

• Potential to earn an average of $13,000 annually through our no-cap Incentive Compensation Program (for providers working 40 hours per week).

Note: Restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service. To qualify for full-time benefits, a minimum of 30 hours per week is required. Certain benefits, including health plans, may not be available to part-time employees working between 16 and 29 hours per week.

Salary Range: $101,750 - $117,000 per year. Sign-On Bonus: $5,000.
