Pay: Up to $16.00 per hour (based on experience) Job Type: Full‑Time or Part‑Time (1099 Independent Contractor) Location: Kissimmee, FL (In‑Person – Patient Homes) About the Opportunity At Comforting, Loving & Helping Hands Home Care , we provide individualized, respectful in‑home support to clients with autism and developmental needs. We are seeking experienced CNAs, HHAs, or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one‑on‑one care and behavioral support to clients in the Kissimmee, FL area. This role is ideal for professionals who are patient, observant, and confident supporting individuals with autism in a home‑based setting. Who This Role Is Best For This position is well‑suited for individuals who: Have at least two (2) years of paid experience in home health, behavioral support, or developmental services Have experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities Are comfortable following structured routines and care plans Use calm communication, redirection, and supportive behavioral strategies Prefer one‑on‑one, in‑home assignments Why Join Our Hands‑On Team?
