Night 3x12-Hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00) with required weekends, minimum every other weekend. Job Description We are seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a critical access facility. The position requires floating between units. The candidate must be capable of handling a variety of patient emergencies and possess strong primary nursing skills. Responsibilities Provide immediate and effective care to patients in emergency situations. Administer medications and observe patients for reactions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and Social Services. Perform triage, assessments, and document care using Epic charting system. Manage patient conditions including abdominal pain, respiratory issues, and trauma. Monitor vital signs and manage IVs and other critical interventions. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure 1 year of experience in Emergency Room nursing preferred. Valid RN license in Washington or Compact RN license required at time of submission. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC (NRP preferred). Experience with Epic charting system is required.
