Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the organization’s overall financial health.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 3–5 years of accounting experience ,
• OR
• Associate degree with 10+ years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience with month-end and year-end close processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including:
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Balance sheet and expense account reconciliations
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage accruals
• Lead the month-end and year-end close process
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including:
• Balance sheets
• Income statements
• Cash flow reports
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Partner with external auditors to support and complete annual audits
