Warehouse Associate

Partners Personnel is currently hiring Warehouse Associates to support the daily operations of the distribution warehouse. Associates will receive and unload incoming inventory, organize and store merchandise, and help ensure products are accurately processed and delivered to Goodwill store locations.



Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM



Job Duties:

• Receive, unload, sort, and properly place incoming inventory.
• Monitor inventory and document shortages or damaged items.
• Process incoming orders accurately and help ensure merchandise is delivered to stores on time.
• Assist with tracking inventory levels and individual product SKUs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Travel to Goodwill store locations as needed to assist with merchandising.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

What to Expect:
This is a hands-on, physical warehouse position. Associates should be comfortable working in an environment that may include heat, cold, and dust.



The position requires:

• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, reaching, grasping, pushing, and pulling.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs., with or without accommodation.
• Wearing acceptable safety work shoes while on the job.
