As a Security Officer Armed Driver with Active Clearance in CAMDEN, AR , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. 1+ years of law enforcement / military experience

Pay Rate: $23.75 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a defense industry location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns through the appropriate chain of command.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, authorizations, and deliveries in accordance with site protocols for controlled aerospace and defense operations.
• Support incident response by communicating with site contacts and public emergency personnel when needed, while maintaining awareness of post orders, use of force guidelines, and reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, or at least 2 years of security-related supervisor or manager experience, or at least 3 years of security-related experience.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
