Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a long-term assignment. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions that help individuals improve functional abilities, enhance independence, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, sensory, and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and families on treatment goals and home programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare and support teams.
• Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) License required.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current BLS certification preferred.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and patient care skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Previous rehabilitation, pediatric, school-based, skilled nursing, or healthcare experience preferred.
