Special Procedures/Unit Details : *** DO NOT PASS THE CLINICAN IF THEY ARE MISSING THE REQUIRED SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE. OK TO SCREEN IF IT IS A STRONG CANDIDATE. ***Unit Specific Procedures and Protocols: Critical drips, phlebotomy, IVs, EKGs, port access Special Equipment : Alaris Pump, Zoll defibrillators, Phillips monitors #Tier3 Travel Compliance SSN DOB RTO - 6 days total or 3 consecutive days can be auto-approved . Anything more, traveler will sign contract with pending RTO. *Anything more than 6 Days will potentially delay your offer while we run approval by the client. If Client does not provide a mobile phone required for the assignment, Client agrees to pay Agency monthly, for all work-related cell phone use by each Provider, up to a maximum amount of $50.00 as invoiced by Agency. Providers will be responsible for submitting monthly cell phone bill directly to Agency.
