Floor supervisor

Ready to suit up and lead a team that's helping power the technology of tomorrow? We're looking for an energetic, hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee operations in a state-of-the-art ISO 3 Cleanroom semiconductor environment.

In this role, you'll coach, motivate, and lead a high-performing team responsible for handling and transferring semiconductor wafers while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. You'll conduct orientations, lead on-site training, provide performance coaching, manage employee relations, and help create a positive, results-driven culture. You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy fast-paced manufacturing environments, have communication skills, and are comfortable working a compressed workweek schedule. This position requires standing for extended periods, working weekends, occasional overtime, and ensuring strict compliance with cleanroom requirements, including wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, gloves, and safety glasses.

salary: $24 - $27 per hour
shift: Third
work hours: 6 PM - 6 AM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee employees working in a production environment who are handling and transferring semiconductor wafers in an ISO 3 Cleanroom working environment
• Ensure employees are adhering to all safety and quality requirements including all requirements of the clean room environment, including but not limited to wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, and gloves
• Participate in virtual Orientation and lead on-site Training, for all incoming employees
• Provide coaching for employees, and disciplinary action when needed
• Must have the ability to professionally manage conflict, promote effective change, and problem solve quickly when necessary
• Assist with training and retaining a highly productive, results driven workforce by continuously inspiring and motivating the team
• Complete administrative tasks as directed by management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
• Be willing to work a compressed work week schedule 6am-6pm 3on/4off, 4on/3off

The essential functions of this role include:
