Traveler Opportunity

RTO after booking is not allowed and is not allowed to be worked out onsite. Any call offs or additional RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a cancel and DNR.

Required Skills / Certs / Exp:

Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Years of Minimum Experience Required
Traveler Experience: Unit will accept 1st time travelers
Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes
Certs: BCLS and MOAB (Facility will offer)

Job Details:

Target Ratios: 1:8
36 hours can be offered.
Unit will accept 13 weeks!
Shift: 12 HR NIGHTS; 18:45 - 07:15
RTO: 7 days max for AYA auto offer
Call Requirement: None
Float Requirement: Yes, to other units; like any medical unit, EDBH or the geriatric BH unit within the facility. It, however, is most likely EDBH or our sister BH unit.
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

Patient Diagnoses: schizophrenia, schizoaffective, bipolar, major depression

Unit Systems: Pyxis, EPIC, and SBAR

Scheduling Type: Schedule per needs

Unit Orientation: 24 hours Hospital Orientation week one: traveler must be available for classes each day.
