Position Overview

• Schedule: Part-time, 0.6 FTE
• Shift: Night shift (two 12-hour shifts each week, 18:30-07:00)
• Unit: 32-bed inpatient unit caring for postoperative patients
• Salary Range: $56.92 - $86.09 per hour; actual hiring rate depends on collective bargaining agreement terms.

This position is represented by a collective bargaining agreement.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Nurse on the Surgical (Tower 7) team, you will:

1. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs
2. Document patient care according to established standards
3. Direct and delegate care to other team members based on competence and credentials
4. Maintain and expand your professional effectiveness through education and development
5. Participate in safety, quality improvement, and hospital initiatives
6. Support a collaborative, interdisciplinary care model
7. Perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring

• At least on year of RN experience, preferably in an acute care setting.
• Current Washington/Multi-state RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
