Compensation: $18–$20/hr base + sales commissions + team bonuses
(Estimated total earnings: $23–$28/hr)
Schedule: Full-time or Part-time opportunities available
Location: Greenbrae, CA (Please ensure you can commute to/from the studio)

What You’ll Do

• Greet every guest and member with enthusiasm, energy, and professionalism

• Present the Orangetheory Fitness (OTF) concept to prospective members (“intros”)

• Conduct engaging studio tours and guide new guests through their first OTF workout

• Sell memberships and follow up with prospective clients

• Support outreach and marketing events to build community awareness

• Collaborate with coaches and team members to ensure a seamless member experience

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment

Hiring Process

1. Email interview with Studio Owner

2. Phone interview with Studio Owner

3. Take an OTF Greenbrae class and complete an in-person interview with the Studio Owner and/or Studio Manager
