Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Special Education or a related field
• Valid Special Education teaching certification (active or eligible)
• Previous experience working with students with varying disabilities (preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility to adapt materials and strategies to meet individual needs
• Capable of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Develop, adapt, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver engaging instruction using differentiated methods
• Assess student progress and document outcomes
• Create a supportive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and parent conferences
• Work closely with general education staff and support professionals
