Nurse Care Manager- LPN

Pay range: $68,000 USD to $70,000 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Job Title: Nurse Care Manager - LPN Program: A29i General Responsibilities Catholic Guardian Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Care Manager (LPN) for our Article 29I Clinic. In this role, the Nurse Care Manager will coordinate comprehensive medical and dental care services for children in foster care across our programs, ensuring all services are delivered in compliance with Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) and Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) requirements. Required Skills Current licensure by the New York state Department of Education as a Registered Licensed Practical Nurse. Minimum one year of nursing experience, preferably in pediatrics. Current holder of professional liability / malpractice insurance.
