A Customer Engagement Advocate (CEA) -similar to a patient advocate or customer service coordinator - handles creating a concierge, white glove level experience for members by navigating them through the surgical process. As the company's face to our members, the CEA plays a critical role in the success of the business by developing high-quality relationships and creating memorable experiences. A critical aspect of our CEA role is engaging and selling the value of our service to every member. Successful CEAs will not only engage new members but will always look to go the extra mile to make all members navigating complexities of surgery feel supported and valued. Must have ability to operate in a fast-paced environment centered around customer excellence over all things. Start Date: Monday, November 30th, 2026 Compensation: Starting at $20.00–$24.00/hour based on experience + a $1,500 sign-on bonus, plus a competitive monthly bonus program — top Care Advocates can earn up to an additional $1,200/month. Shift Schedules: 6-week onsite training program, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (paid at your regular rate) After training, you'll be assigned a 9-hour shift within a 7 AM–8 PM window This is a 100% onsite position. What a day in the life looks like: Provide phone-based support to members in a fast-paced service center environment. Deliver white glove service by creating a concierge-style experience for each member. Educate members on the surgical process, available incentives, and program benefits. Assist with provider selection and coordinate with physician offices to streamline care. Answer questions with clarity and compassion, ensuring members feel valued and supported. Proactively engage new members while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
