We are seeking an experienced professional whose background is firmly rooted in residential builds and who has successfully led projects of similar scope and complexity. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of the residential construction process, understands the rhythm of custom builds and remodels.You will serve as the central point of coordination between our internal team, trade partners, and homeowners. Once a project moves into production, you own the schedule, communication cadence, and execution oversight.This role requires someone who is experienced, decisive, organized, and capable of managing active projects without needing to be trained for the position.CompensationSalary Range: $85,000 to $95,000, dependent on experience.401(k) with 4% company match.Health Benefits: The company pays 40% of the premium.Paid Time Off (PTO)Bonus Opportunity
