In this role, you will provide prompt and friendly service, take orders, serve guests, and ensure the restaurant is clean and welcoming. Take orders, process payments, and bus tables. Seat guests and maintain a clean, safe environment. Restock the buffet and salad bar, prepare food, and wash dishes. Provide 5-star customer service and handle guest complaints politely and efficiently. Follow safety protocols and adhere to company standards. Willing to obtain a food handler’s permit (cost covered by Sapp Bros.). Physical ability to perform tasks and remain at the work site as required. Must pass a background and employment reference check.
