You will apply sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets.As a Lead Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for:Managing PO, from RFQ (request for quote), negotiation, PO placement, maintenance and follow up/fulfillment. Manage relationships with suppliers for PO execution. Manage problems and schedule changes. Update ERP.Advising Functional managers regarding projects, processes and proceduresHandling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.Contributing to projects as a team member or leading small strategic projects. Work goals typically take 3-6 months to complete with results/impact typically occurring 2-12 months after the eventFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have considerable experience within direct sourcing, procurement and supply chain.
