Job Summary:

Senior Helpers is seeking a full-time and part-time caregivers to join our team in Antioch and Nashville area. The caregiver will provide direct care and assistance for senior clients in a respectful, compassionate, and caring manner. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for flexible hours and competitive pay.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, housekeeping, shopping, errand-running, and other activities of daily living

Communicate effectively with clients and their families

Provide companionship, emotional support, and social interaction

Record and report any changes in the client's condition or needs

Provide services safely and in compliance with all applicable regulations concerning home care

Address any client concerns or complaints

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with the ability to safely transport clients in own vehicle

Ability to work with seniors in a patient and compassionate manner

Understanding of personal care, hygiene, nutrition, and safety

Ability to lift, turn, transfer, and reposition clients
