Operations Business Analyst IV

Overseeing business analysis initiatives to drive operational excellence, the full-time remote Operations Business Analyst IV will lead process improvements, manage claims lifecycle activities, and serve as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams. Key responsibilities: Lead end-to-end process redesign initiatives, including feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses Manage policy and performance of claim lifecycle activities to meet performance objectives Advise executive leadership on change management strategies and operational readiness frameworks Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field Seven years of healthcare operations experience in insurance, managed care, or a related industry In-depth knowledge of regulatory reporting and compliance requirements Experience with Six Sigma or other performance improvement methodologies is preferred Strong analytical and collaboration skills with the ability to interact effectively across all management levels Virtual Vocations Inc
