This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise who takes pride in delivering high‑quality maintenance work and excellent service to residents. Position Details * Role: Experienced Maintenance Technician * Location: Dawsonville, GA 30534 * Pay: $26/hr * Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM * Start Date: ASAP * Opportunity Type: Contract Responsibilities * Complete work orders efficiently and professionally * Perform skilled maintenance tasks, including: * HVAC troubleshooting and repair * Electrical repairs * Plumbing repairs * Appliance diagnostics and repair * Carpentry and general maintenance * Assist with unit turns and make‑ready preparation * Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities * Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude * Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards Requirements * Previous apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred * Strong knowledge of general and advanced maintenance functions * Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently * Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented * Strong communication and customer service skills How to Apply If you're a certified maintenance professional looking for your next opportunity, BG Staffing would love to connect with you.
