As a Full-Time or Part-Time Nanny, you'll be instrumental in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports the development and happiness of children. With at least two years of childcare experience, you'll bring energy, responsibility, and dedication to fostering each child's growth and safety. Compensation $16 - $19 hourly Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to thrive and grow. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that foster learning and development. Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met. Maintain open and effective communication with parents to align on children's needs and progress. Assist with homework and educational activities, promoting a love for learning. Manage daily routines, including nap times, meals, and playtime, to ensure consistency and structure. Encourage positive behavior and social skills through guidance and support in various settings. Qualifications Proven experience working with children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and children with disabilities. Knowledge of childcare best practices, including child safety protocols and developmental activities. Ability to perform first aid confidently and respond calmly in emergencies. Skilled in meal preparation tailored to children's nutritional requirements. Experience with caregiving tasks such as diapering, feeding, potty training, and supervising playtime. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents and other caregivers. Ability to maintain a clean environment through light cleaning duties related to childcare. Enthusiastic teaching skills to support early childhood education initiatives. Compassionate attitude with patience and understanding for children’s individual needs.
