Senior Research Analyst

We are seeking a Research Analyst to support our customer onsite at Patrick Space Force Base, Satellite Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications: Duties: Reviews and evaluates data and information from databases and computer-generated documents/reports. Knowledgeable of techniques for conducting research, review, and process analysis associated with technical data from databases to develop and generate information and summary data. Capable of generating process flow charts to support such activities as management and technical evaluations. Able to perform management record keeping, tracking, and reporting as needed. Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred in related disciplines). Required Experience: Minimum of 3-years of research experience to include quantitative and qualitative data analysis, as well as research methodology and design. Desired Qualifications: Experience with the development and implementation of gaming simulations and training initiatives Master's degree in appropriate discipline (e.g., Human Factors background or I/O psychology) Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
