This role plays a key part in keeping our warehouse running smoothly by handling inbound shipments, accurately picking, packing, and shipping orders, and maintaining a clean, organized, and well-managed inventory. Youll also support general warehouse and facility needs, follow safety procedures, and collaborate closely with teammates to meet daily operational goals./ppIf youre motivated, reliable, and take pride in getting things done rightespecially in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentwed love to hear from you!/ppShift: Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (overtime may be required based on business volume, including day-of or week-of notice; overtime shifts are typically up to 1.5 hours and may include occasional Saturdays) Compensation: $20.50 - $23.00/hour/ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliReceive and process incoming stock and materials/liliPick and fill orders from stock/liliHandle customer returns/liliPack and ship orders in a timely manner/liliReceive inbound containers of product/liliOrganize and maintain inventory in the Novato warehouse and facilities/liliPerform standard facility-related tasks as needed/liliSupport internal needs for HQ events, including setup, breakdown, and material movement/liliConduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records/liliOperate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts/liliFollow all safety procedures and protocols/li/ulh3Basic Qualifications/h3ulliAbility to lift and move up to 50 pounds for approximately 30% of the workday (up to 3 hours per day)/liliAbility to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive motions/liliComfortability working in a warehouse environment with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures/li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications/h3ulliBasic computer skills including Google Suite and inventory management systems (Sortly or something similar) is a plus!/liliAbility to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts training is provided/liliStrong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment/liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team/li/ulpWe look forward to hearing from you!
