To be the local representative on the shop floor to drive sales, and ensure perfect execution of merchandising, marketing activities and any special projects. Proactively communicating any challenges and/or opportunities for improvement and expansion. This may include out of stock, new spaces and merchandising. Analyzing and reviewing sales figures and developing strategies to improve performance. Monitoring and communicating product in‑stock positions, ensuring that stock levels are at appropriate levels at all times. Assisting in the maintenance of TS/RP’s for all locations. Maximizing sales through strategic merchandising and promotional presentation in all locations. Implementing marketing strategies, ensuring product supply and coordinating teams. Ensuring merchandise is neat, clean and fully stocked in all locations. Ensuring that all signage and shelf edge pricing is clear and accurate in all locations. Supervising inventory counting at the end of shift. Assisting with all loss prevention initiatives, including staff bag checks. Assisting in preparation for full inventory count, ensuring that the staff and areas to be counted are prepared and ready for the count. Overseeing product RTV, price changes, merchandising standards, TSRP and promotional changeovers. Receiving and distributing testers & GWP’s at the warehouse for sorting and store distribution. Observing and maintaining store loss prevention and security procedures and reporting any security breaches or issues. Ensuring all health & safety protocols are adhered to at all times. Performing other related tasks as needed. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of luxury retail experience. Well organized. Ability to balance activities that drive both short and long‑term business results in a fast‑paced environment. Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize efforts to achieve objectives. Relationship oriented (internally and externally). Confident, articulate and energetic. Flexibility to work various shifts according to business needs.
