Director of Patient Services

Job Description
The DPS is responsible for overseeing care for all LHCSA clients. At any point in time, there are 125-150 total clients of which approximately 30-35 are LHCSA clients. The remainder of the clients are companion clients which do not require DPS supervision.However, the DPS is available to go see companion clients if requested by the family or caregivers. There is a team of 8 office staff to support, schedule, and manage care and to hire caregivers.
The agency is providing approximately 5,000 hours of care per week. 80% of hours are private pay and 20% are Veteran’s through the VA. Our client strives to provide outstanding care and excellent customer service to all clients and their families. In some cases, clients have no family members or they don’t live locally. Our client makes sure all their needs are taken care of. This could include purchasing groceries and supplies, driving them to visit friends, or making their doctor appointments and taking them there
