About the Role:

Join the JINYA Ramen Bar team in Charlotte, NC as a Dishwasher and play a vital role in our bustling kitchen! This position is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in a restaurant setting.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area throughout the shift.
• Assist with food prep and other kitchen tasks as needed.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and materials.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Dispose of waste and recyclables properly.
• Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Basic knowledge of food safety practices.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
