Earn up to $43/hour Flexible Scheduling 1:1 Patient Care Sunday: 10PM to 8:30AM Advanced Care Partners is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for medically fragile children and adults in home and school settings. Key Responsibilities Deliver skilled nursing care, including G-tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, and central lines Monitor patient condition and respond appropriately to changes Educate patients and families on care plans and procedures Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes Qualifications Active LPN license in Georgia or Nurse Licensure Compact A minimum of one year of LPN experience required. Vent experience preferred Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or an equivalent accredited organization required.
