Administrative Assistant

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, up to 40 hours per week. Work schedules may vary within the 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM operating window, based on Government requirements.
Summary:
Ladgov Corporation is seeking one qualified Administrative Assistant to support the Human Performance Optimization (HPO) program at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia. The position focuses on administrative coordination, scheduling, data management, reporting, and providing daily operational support to the HPO team.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 12 months of relevant administrative or program support experience within the past 24 months. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational, communication, recordkeeping, and reporting skills. Duties:
Manage appointments, schedules, correspondence, and administrative activities. Collect, organize, and maintain program data and records. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and official documents. Coordinate meetings, communications, and daily administrative requirements. Provide administrative support to Strength Coaches, Athletic Trainers, and HPO program personnel.
