Marketing Specialist

Overview Marketing Specialist – Salem, New Hampshire (hybrid; 4 days in office, 1 day remote) with On Call International, a division of the Tokio Marine HCC Group. Responsibilities Overall objective: act as a dependable, proactive marketing professional who independently manages projects, executes marketing campaigns, and supports lead generation and brand awareness. Within the first 30 days: develop a strong understanding of the company’s business, target audiences, messaging/brand positioning, and core marketing programs; become proficient with marketing tools, reporting processes, email platforms, and CMS; create social media and blog content, email marketing campaigns, PowerPoint presentations, and marketing reporting. Within the first 60 days: independently manage assigned marketing projects and day‑to‑day responsibilities with minimal supervision; take ownership of content calendars, website updates, social media execution, email marketing initiatives, and recurring reporting tasks; build relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and agency partners. Within the first 90 days: operate as a trusted, self‑sufficient member who manages multiple projects simultaneously; analyze performance, communicate insights, identify process improvements, lead cross‑functional initiatives, and consistently deliver high quality work on time. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience. Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint. Experience with social media platforms and marketing/CMS technologies such as Hootsuite, Constant Contact, WordPress, and Vimeo. Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Canva, video editing software, Google Analytics/AdWords (plus). Strong attention to detail, time‑management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
